Founder's Charge

Coaching with God was born from the conviction that Jesus Christ transforms lives and that people flourish when they are encouraged to hear God's voice, discover His purpose, and faithfully follow His leading.

This ministry stands on four enduring pillars:

Biblically Grounded
God's Word is our final authority for faith, doctrine, governance, and practice. Every decision, relationship, and ministry initiative is measured against the truth of Scripture.

Recovery-Informed
We gratefully acknowledge the wisdom gained through decades of recovery experience and the principles reflected in the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions, and Twelve Concepts of Service. These principles have shaped countless lives by fostering humility, honesty, accountability, service, unity, and spiritual growth. We embrace these insights because they align with many biblical principles, while affirming that Scripture alone is our ultimate authority.

Professionally Coached
We believe excellence honors God. Our coaches are committed to ethical coaching practices, continual learning, and helping people discover God's direction through thoughtful questions, active listening, accountability, and practical action.

Spirit-Led
We recognize that genuine transformation is accomplished by the Holy Spirit. Coaching is not about directing another person's life but about creating space to listen for God's wisdom, respond in faith, and walk in obedience to His calling.

We believe every person bears the image of God and possesses immeasurable worth. We welcome individuals from every background, meeting them with compassion, dignity, and respect while remaining faithful to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Leadership within Coaching with God is understood as stewardship rather than status. Those entrusted with leadership serve as trusted servants, seeking unity, accountability, transparency, and humility in every decision.

As this ministry grows, we commit to protecting its mission above its size, its character above its reputation, and its faithfulness above its success. We will pursue excellence without pride, growth without compromise, and influence without losing sight of our dependence on God.

May every coach, board member, volunteer, donor, and participant remember that this ministry does not exist to build a brand or elevate individuals. It exists to glorify Jesus Christ, strengthen His Church, encourage those seeking hope and healing, and help people faithfully live out the calling God has placed on their lives.
